New Ranch

     Yesterday was my first day riding Phoenix at our new boarding stable, a Wing and a Prayer.  I turned Phoenix out, free lunged her, and took some pics.

     I groomed my girl, put on her English bridle, and hopped on her bareback for a short workout in the arena.  She listened pretty well while we went through all of the gaits in both directions.  We had to pay extra attention to leads which we are still struggling with, but she is giving to the bit better and I'm finding it easier to find my seat yay!
